A. Terms of use

Travel-Shot is a video file sharing website in the field of tourism and travel. The website allows each user to upload private video files and pictures in every topic relating to travel, leisure, tourism and vacation and to present it to users from all over the world with no restriction unless presented in private areas that are not aimed for the public. Travel-Shot is also a sales website for all types of vacations, leisure and travel in addition to suitable equipment.

Travel-Shot allows every person to use the website according to the regulations and rules of the website, you may upload videos and pictures to the website, surf the website and view it, contact through it other factors and websites, take part in games and competitions organized by the website, enter forums and blogs and buy in it leisure, vacation products and equipment, under the condition that it is done according to the rules and regulations of the website. The violation of one and/or more of the website's regulations and rules gives the website managers the right not to allow upload of videos and pictures when:

- The segments uploaded into the site do not follow the rules of the website.
- The segments uploaded into the site violate human rights.
- The segments shown encourage criminal actions.
- The segments uploaded into the site are commercial and are not owned by the user and others have copyrights over those segments.
- The segments uploaded into the site are a fraud based on other people's segments.
- Any segment that violates the law and may lead to a legal lawsuit from a third party.

B. Agreement

1. By use of this site, including all that is implied including surfing, uploading of files, participation in forums and blogs, competing in competitions, use of links, ordering tourism services and products, advertising and any other activity taking place on the website or through it by the Travel-Shot company or on its behalf, you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions of this regulation with all its details.
2. This website may be linked to other websites and factors that are not in the control of the Travel-Shot company. Therefore, the company will not take responsibility to any claims and lawsuits against these factors. When using this website you are aware of this possibility and take responsibility for all claim and lawsuit of a third party that is not in the control of Travel-Shot.

C. Uploading video Clips

1. Travel-Shot allows each user to upload video clips, content and pictures relating to travel, tourism, leisure and vacation according to the categories and regulations published on the website.
2. The uploading of a video clip, content and pictures requires the registration of the user and additional details according to the form appearing in the appropriate location on the website. A video segment and/or picture cannot be uploaded without the registration user's details as required. The registration will be done according to the law and the user may not make use of details that are not his own, unless he received specified approval. Use of a username that is not their own and forging a username are as criminal felony. The felon may be sued in a court of law by the website managers.
3. The website managers reserve the right to classify the video segments and/or pictures uploaded to the site according to the list of existing categories, even if the user marked them differently. The website managers reserve the right to determine the location of each segment uploaded to the website under the condition that it is not done against the rules and regulations of the website. The location of the segment is indisputable and the website managers reserve the right to disqualify a disputed segment.
4. The website management is entitles to prevent a user from using the services supplied by the website according to its own discretion including limiting length of video segments uploaded by users, removal of video segments and unauthorized entrance to segments or areas that the user is not entitled to enter.

D. Violation

1. In case of damage or harm to uploaded segments, the user will not be entitled to any reimbursement caused by such malfunction or harm. This section includes damage to video segments, pictures or texts damaged or removed from the website, or any other damage.
2. In case of a violation of any law in a video segment, pictures and/or texts uploaded to the website, Travel-Shot will not be liable in relation to lawsuit or claim of any sorts and the legal liability in relation to such claim will be of the user uploading the segment, picture or texts into the website.
3. Travel-Shot will not be liable in any case to reactions and/or results resulting from use of video segments, pictures and contents uploaded by users and exposed to all users of the website. The website management will be entitled in any case, according to its own discretion, to remove and/or block such segments/contents.
4. Travel-Shot is entitled in any case to restrict or prevent a user from taking part in the website without having to justify its decision.

E. Liability limitation

1. Travel-Shot will not be liable for any disturbances in servicing the users, breaks, failures and mistakes in the supply of such services by the company, and/or by a third party and/or of its behalf.
2. Travel-Shot will not be liable to the results caused by unauthorized access made against the law to contents, servers and computers of the company and will not be liable to technical failures in hardware, software, communications lines and various technical systems that are supplied by the company and/or by a third party.
3. Travel-Shot will not be liable to any loss and/or damages and/or harm caused to users and/or any third party following harm detailed in sections E1 and E2 above.
4. Travel-Shot will not be liable to the contents published on the website, their credibility, validity and accuracy, and will not be responsible for violation of copyrights, patent copyrights, title violations and harm to trademarks caused by the upload of these contents to the website by a user or users. The company will also not be liable for damages and/or losses caused to users following use of such contents.
5. The liability for deceitful advertisement, defamation, slander, pornography, racism, hurting public emotions, encouraging violence, encouraging criminal actions and any material harming privacy will be on the users uploading video segments to the website and each will be the solely liable for the results resulting from the upload of such video segments.
6. Travel-Shot will not be liable for agreements made by the user with any third party and any such agreement will be the responsibility of the user making such deals. The company will not be liable to any damages, violations and claims following an agreement made by a user with a third party, even if this agreement was made as a result from use of links found on the website.
7. The fact that Travel-Shot indulgently agrees to assist user or users in case of a problem or damage does not mean the company is taking responsibility for the matter causing the problem or harm.
8. Travel-Shot will not be responsible for the content of advertisements, links and messages published on the website and any harm caused by the reliance of a user on these advertisements and links will be under the sole consideration of the user and the liability of the user.
9. Travel-Shot will not be liable under any circumstance to a direct or indirect damage caused to a user of the website, including occasional damages, loss of data, loss of profits and any other harm caused by use of services given on the website. The company will not be liable for not supplying the services, in addition to not submitting information, not maintaining the schedule etc.

F. Commercial Use

1. The commercial use of the services given on the website is under the sole consideration and liability of the person purchasing a service and/or product through the website.
2. The purchasing of products or services through the website will be done only according to the instructions, advertisements and explanations given from time to time on the website for a product or service.
3. Acquiring advertisement slots and/or commercial links on the website will be under the sole liability of the purchaser of the advertisement and link and according to an individual agreement that will be signed between the purchaser and the representatives of the website and/or a party on their behalf. Travel-Shot will not be liable to any harm or damage caused to the purchaser following a misunderstanding of the agreement and/or the violation of the agreement.
4. The acquisition of advertisement slots and/or commercial links at a third party through the website will be under the sole liability of the purchaser of the advertisement and link and according to an individual agreement that will be signed between the purchaser and the representatives of the website and/or a party on their behalf. Travel-Shot will not be liable to any harm or damage caused to the purchaser following such deals.
5. Travel-Shot will not be liable to any harm or damage caused to users of the website following the purchase of advertisement slots and/or links on the website, and any claim of such damage or harm will be under the liability of advertiser and the purchaser and him only.

G. Payments

The use of the various services of Travel-Shot does not involve payment unless mentioned otherwise and the user has consented to such payment for any type of action such as the purchasing of leisure equipment, travel equipment, participation in competitions etc. through the website. However, Travel-Shot reserves the right to charge money in the future for the various services supplied by the website.
